Last updated: 17/07/2025
Welcome! By creating an account with ResearchCave Unified Login, you get one key to unlock all our platforms and services. Before we let you in, here’s what you’re agreeing to:
1. Your Data & Our Responsibility
When you sign up, you share information with us—your name, email, maybe even what sites of ours you visit. We own the data, but we treat it like a secret family recipe:
- We won’t sell it.
- We won’t share it with strangers.
- We might use it to customize your experience across all our websites and services.
- We might send you useful emails—product updates, new features, or the occasional "Hey, you alive?" email.
You trust us with your data, and we’ll use it to make things better—not weirder.
2. One Login, Many Worlds
Your ResearchCave login works across our ecosystem. This means:
- You don’t have to remember 17 passwords.
- We might show content or messages tailored to you, based on your activity elsewhere on our sites.
- Some features or access may depend on your identity or usage patterns, which we store centrally.
3. Communication is Part of the Deal
By using our login system, you agree that we can contact you:
- We may send emails, notifications, or alerts that help you use our services.
- These might be about updates, security stuff, or new things we’re building.
- No spam, no nonsense—just relevant info.
4. Keeping Things Secure
We do our best to protect your account and data. But:
- Use a strong password. Don’t share it.
- If your cat walks across your keyboard and logs in, that’s still on you.
- If we detect suspicious activity, we might freeze your account for safety.
5. Updates to This Agreement
We might tweak these terms from time to time. If we do:
- We’ll notify you in a clear, non-lawyer-y way.
- Keep using the service = you agree to the new terms.
- Don’t like the changes? You’re free to delete your account any time.
6. Questions?
We’re human. If you have questions, feedback, or just want to say hi, reach out to us. We’re always building, improving, and listening.
Thanks for joining the ResearchCave network.
We’ll try not to break anything. You try not to lose your password. Deal?
